Absolutely. Many of our members start with little or no experience. Our Beginner Foundations series teaches the basics safely and confidently, and all of our programs are tailored to your level.
Memberships vary depending on whether you choose private training, semi-private, or group programs. We'll work with you to find the right option for your goals and budget.

Yes! We offer small group training, semi-private training (2-3 people with individualized programs), and private coaching. You can choose the level of support that fits you best.
Yes. Our facility is outfitted with premier Rogue Fitness equipment, including Echo Bikes, Concept2 rowers, squat racks, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and medicine balls.
Yes! We offer the Strong Mom pre- and postnatal series, as well as our small-group Perimenopause Strength program, designed to support women through every season of life.
Absolutely. While many of our programs are designed with women in mind, we have welcome men into our semi-private and group training and we also offer one-on-one coaching. Our focus is helping anyone who wants to get stronger in a supportive community.
We don't offer formal childcare, but we do provide a child-safe play zone where kids can hang out while parents train. In our Strong Mom program, babies are always welcome - sometimes even in our arms during class!
Yes. We're located in the historic Bok Building in South Philly, a well-known landmark near 9th & Mifflin Streets, just a short walk from the Broad Street Line.
