We want to improve your life inside and outside our walls

We are the gym for folks who want the energy to play kickball, hike in the Wissahickon, and bike to West Philly.

We want you to feel challenged and inspired as you try new things, without making what you love to do outside of the gym more difficult. We prioritize strength training to enhance your life outside our walls.

We will offer high-level instruction so you can learn to strength train safely.

Our main goal is to provide a no-judgment zone, with no agenda other than giving you a great workout that we hope will make your life better.

A member-based gym

We are now a membership-based gym.

Through this model, we are able to make safety and fun a priority by having folks in our program who are focused on improving their technique and achieving their individualized goals.

You will get to know your coaches, your coaches will get to know you and that consistency is where the progress happens!

Giving beyond the gym

KG Strong is committed to giving back. Through our Rooftop Yoga program and other special fitness events, we have donated over $15,000 to local organizations providing opportunities to underserved communities and communities of color. We offer five scholarship small group training memberships for committed students who want to join KG Strong, but are experiencing significant financial hardship.
