Barbell Strength Series
Join Coach Meghan and Coach Tristan, for a six-week dive into powerlifting. If you’ve been training with us and feel ready and excited to learn new skills and lift heavier weights, you’ll love this series. Meghan will spend the first two sessions workshopping your deadlift, back squat and bench press technique. She will teach you a quick and comprehensive warmup, and correctives to improve your form. Over the next four weeks, you will run a true powerlifting program– building strength and muscle and improving your technique each session. By the end of this series, you should have the tools you need to continue powerlifting safely on your own. We will invite you to incorporate these skills into your small group programming when applicable.
This series is for students who have completed our foundations program and have an intermediate strength practice.
