Katie Gould is the founder of KG Strong and a lifetime resident of the Philadelphia area. She has been working as a personal trainer and Yoga instructor in Philadelphia for over nine years, building a community of strong, hard-working and caring students who now occupy her fitness studio at the BOK building. Katie has been an athlete all her life and studied functional strength training and Yoga early in her career. She began training in Russian Kettlebells in 2013 and has since become a level 2 StrongFirst Girya certified instructor. As a lover of both mobility and strength, Katie appreciates the fluency between Kettlebell training and the physical Yoga practice and brings them together as a holistic practice at KG Strong. She is a seeker of adventure and challenge, who seems to always have a competition, trip to a foreign country, or party planned in the near future.
