Taja Jones (she/her) is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and fitness coach. She is a kettlebell and functional strength enthusiast and will soon be a certified kettlebell coach. Taja believes that exercise and movement should never feel like a chore and aspires to bring enthusiasm, positive energy, and fun to every session she leads.

Outside of her role as trainer and group fitness instructor, Taja is also the Associate Director of Development and Alumni Relations at the Institute of Contemporary Art. She is a coffee aficionado and a sucker for 90s alternative and hip-hop.
