Cherie fell in love with fitness when she started running at age 14. She believes that proper alignment and engagement in every movement people make is so important in living a long and active life, and so that is what she focuses on. Helping others work toward their fitness goals and watching them make that mind-body connection and get excited about the process feeds her soul!
She loves to create her own “races,” such as bicycling 120 miles (Telford, PA, to Cape May, NJ) in 1 day (2016) and running the pemi loop (32 miles, 9800 ft elevation gain, 8 mountain peaks) in the White Mountains in 1 day (2017). Throughout the years, she has learned how important it is to have good form in whatever you are doing and that mind-body connection is the key to that. Cherie strives to continue making that connection stronger, always challenging her mind and body, by learning new activities and exercises from other fitness professionals.
Cherie trains people from all stages of life and from all levels of fitness. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (2016), 200-hr Certified Yoga Instructor (2017), and Certified Strong First Kettlebell Instructor (2017).
Anna Claire is a NASM certified personal trainer and amateur competitive powerlifter. She fell in love with fitness by way of tractor tire flips, keg runs, and kettlebells, and trained in cycling, running, yoga, and bootcamp style classes, before devoting herself to barbells.
After years of personally experiencing the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical benefits of movement, she got certified as a personal trainer to create spaces where everyone in every body can feel comfortable getting strong and healthy.
Julie Read is a personal trainer, licensed massage therapist, artist, and writer living in Philadelphia. She has hundreds of hours of coaching and education to her name including being an OPEX Level 1 Certified Coach. Julie hand-draws muscle infographics for her Instagram, @itsjulieread, and enjoys sharing her life in her can’t-miss Instastories.
When she’s not working Julie enjoys exploring the Philadelphia food scene, traveling, and spending time with her teen-dog, Rosie.
Elaine DiFeliciantonio got into strength training as a way to continue to challenging her body after her athletic career ended. Soccer laid the foundation of endurance on which to build more power and strength and as she continued her training, the knowledge she gained about proper movement patterns and strength progression became a passion turned profession. As she embarked on the endeavor, she became a NASM certified personal trainer and a Strong First Level 1 instructor.
Her main focus is to connect people to their bodies and forge an everlasting bond between the two. Through continuing education Elaine wants to enhance her clients performance in the major movement patterns while unlocking the stability and mobility to make training a lifelong journey.
Her strength and endurance passions were fully realized when she was introduced to kettlebells. She is just as passionate about continuing to increase her strength and skills through Strong First certifications as she is about teaching them to her clients.
