New to lifting? This six-week program teaches the fundamentals—squat, deadlift, press, and more—in a small, supportive group. Build strength, confidence, and skills that set you up for long-term success.
Personal coaching designed for your goals—with the flexibility to fit your life and budget. In this small-group format (max 4 people), you’ll follow your own strength program with a coach by your side—plus the motivation of training with others. You’ll also get access to your personal program so you can practice at home between sessions. Choose 1–3 sessions per week and enjoy steady progress with support, accountability, and flexibility.
40 minutes of high-energy trampoline aerobics—fun, silly, and easy on the joints. Jump, sweat, and laugh your way through 40 minutes of cardio, then cool down with 15 minutes of yoga to reset your body and mind. Great music, great vibes, no experience needed. Starts October 17, 2025.
