I started with the KG community 3 weeks after opening! I was coming back to strength training for the first time in months since fracturing my jaw, so I was basically starting from square one. Being a part of KG community for 4+ years has given me so much: functional strength, endurance, & most importantly an incredible network of people who I am now lucky enough to call my actual friends.
I’ve been teaching yoga & pilates in Philly for the past decade as well – I value functional movement & practices that encourage you to be in your body, whatever that capacity is that day.
When I’m not moving my body, I’m usually reading 18th c novels, drinking natural wine, watching horror movies, or working at my home away from home – Bing Bing Dim Sum.
