Meghan Morley (she/her) is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Strong First Level 1 Certified Girya (Kettlebell Certification), and a Strong First Certified Bodyweight Instructor. She is a body-positive coach looking to empower individuals to live safe, strong, and growth-oriented lives.
As a dancer since age three, a multisport varsity athlete through high school, and an NCAA Division III lacrosse player, Meghan has had a strong relationship with movement her whole life.
She began her fitness career as a cycling and HIIT instructor before falling in love with kettlebells and hardstyle kettlebell training under Katie Gould’s the mentorship and coaching.
When Meghan is not coaching or training, she is working as a Licensed Professional Counselor, cooking, or spending time with her family.
