Perimenopause doesn’t mean pause. It means power. This small-group strength training program was created exclusively for women in their 40s and 50s navigating perimenopause and menopause.

When We Train

Starting the week of September 15, the group meets 4 times per week.

Come to any 1 or 2 sessions per week with your membership:

8:00 AM with Katie Gould

Membership Options
1x per week membership
2x per week membership

Sessions are semi-private, capped at 6 participants so you'll always get expert coaching, personalized guidance, and a supportive crew beside you.
