When We Train
Starting the week of September 15, the group meets 4 times per week.
Come to any 1 or 2 sessions per week with your membership:
Monday
8:00 AM with Katie McEwen Tuesday
4:00 PM with Shoshana Katz Thursday
4:00 PM with Katie McEwen Friday
8:00 AM with Katie Gould

2x per week membership
Sessions are semi-private, capped at 6 participants so you'll always get expert coaching, personalized guidance, and a supportive crew beside you.
