We believe there is more to fitness than strength. That’s why many of our classes, events, and training sessions include yoga.

Yoga Training at KG Strong

When to Join:

Join us in person on Sundays at 10 AM (or stream live on Zoom) for a rejuvenating, all-levels yoga class. This class helps calm your mind, body, and nervous system while giving you an active recovery from the week’s training.

We also weave short yoga and mobility flows into the end of several strength classes throughout the week-so you’ll feel balanced, refreshed, and ready to take on what’s next.

 

This class is included for Unlimited Small Group Training members and open to all. Check the schedule to save your spot!

BOK Rooftop Yoga
When Katie began teaching classes around Philly in 2014, she started with Bok Rooftop Yoga.
Book Rooftop Yoga is now a full-fledged event featuring some of Philly’s top yoga instructors, drawing hundreds of students throughout the summer.

After ten years, we’re expanding the series into a full rooftop movement season at BOK Bar. Join us twice a month on Tuesdays at 6:30PM for yoga and Saturdays at 10:30AM for Pilates, dance fitness, calisthenics, boxing, barre, strength, and more. This year’s lineup features instructors from KG Strong, Three Queens Yoga, Yoga Habit, Together Athletics, Elevate Fitness, Lumos Yoga and Barre, Balance Room Philly, 305 Fitness, Ripped PHL, and more, all while raising money for incredible organizations serving marginalized communities in Philadelphia. Bring a mat, bring water, and stay after for a private post-class happy hour at BOK Bar.
